- Is the product valuable? Make sure the company is selling a legitimate product or service that you believe in and can sell to others.
- What is the compensation plan? Review how you’ll be paid for both sales and recruitment, and make sure the compensation structure is clear and fair.
- What are the startup costs? Ensure that the costs of joining and maintaining the business do not exceed the potential earnings.
- What is the company’s reputation? Research reviews and feedback from current and former distributors. MLMs that are known for high turnover rates or unethical practices should be avoided.
